제1조 (목적)Article 1 (Purpose)

유소프트 주식회사(이하 "회사")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 개인정보처리방침은 회사가 제공하는 게임 애플리케이션 및 이에 부수하는 서비스(이하 "서비스")에서 이용자의 개인정보가 어떤 목적으로 수집·이용되고, 어떻게 보관·파기되는지를 설명합니다.Usoft, Inc. (the "Company") values the privacy of its users and complies with applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains why personal information is collected and used in the game applications and related services provided by the Company (the "Service"), and how it is retained and destroyed.

제2조 (수집하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 방법)Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection)

  1. 회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 다음의 정보를 수집합니다.The Company collects the following information in order to provide the Service:
    • 익명 계정 식별자: 서비스 이용 시 자동으로 발급되는 익명 인증 식별자(Firebase UID). 이용자가 직접 입력하는 정보는 없으며, 게임 데이터를 연결하는 용도로만 사용됩니다.Anonymous account identifier: an anonymous authentication identifier (Firebase UID) issued automatically when the Service is used. It requires no input from the User and is used solely to associate Game Data.
    • 소셜 계정 정보: Google Play 게임즈 또는 Apple Game Center가 부여한 플레이어 식별자와 표시 이름, 그리고 제공자로부터 이메일 주소가 제공되는 경우 그 이메일 주소 — 이용자가 소셜 로그인을 이용하는 경우에 한함Social account information: the player identifier and display name issued by Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, and an email address where the provider supplies one — only where a User uses social log-in.
    • 표시 이름: 이용자가 순위 표시를 위하여 직접 입력한 이름 — 소셜 로그인을 이용하지 않는 경우에 한함Display name: the name a User enters directly for the purpose of ranking display — only where social log-in is not used.
    • 문의 정보: 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 (이용자가 회사에 문의하는 경우에 한함)Inquiry information: email address and the contents of the inquiry (only where a User contacts the Company).
    • 기기·접속 정보: 기기 모델, 운영체제 및 버전, 언어·국가 설정, IP 주소, 접속 일시, 애플리케이션 버전Device and access information: device model, operating system and version, language and country settings, IP address, access timestamps, and application version.
    • 게임 데이터: 게임 진행 상황, 기록, 순위, 설정값Game Data: progress, records, rankings, and settings.
    • 광고 식별자: 광고 ID(Android AAID, iOS IDFA) — 서비스 내에 광고를 게재하는 경우에 한하며, 현재는 수집하지 않습니다.Advertising identifiers: advertising ID (Android AAID, iOS IDFA) — only where advertisements are displayed within the Service. These are not currently collected.
  2. 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 절차를 두지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 정보를 입력하지 않더라도 서비스 이용 시 익명 인증 식별자가 자동으로 발급되며, 이는 이용자를 지속적으로 구별하는 데 사용되므로 개인정보로 보아 이 방침에 따라 처리합니다. 순위 등 일부 기능은 소셜 로그인을 통해 제공되며, 이용자는 소셜 로그인 대신 표시 이름을 직접 입력하여 이용할 수도 있습니다. 소셜 로그인 여부는 이용자의 선택 사항입니다.The Service does not require a separate sign-up process. However, even where a User enters no information, an anonymous authentication identifier is issued automatically when the Service is used. Because it is used to distinguish a User on an ongoing basis, the Company treats it as personal information and processes it under this Privacy Policy. Certain features, such as rankings, are provided through social log-in; alternatively, a User may enter a display name directly. Whether to use social log-in is the User's choice.
  3. 개인정보는 이용자가 표시 이름을 입력하거나 회사에 문의하는 과정에서 직접 제공하는 방법, 이용자의 동의에 따라 소셜 로그인 제공자로부터 제공받는 방법, 서비스 이용 중 자동으로 생성·수집되는 방법으로 수집됩니다.Personal information is collected when a User provides it directly by entering a display name or contacting the Company, when it is received from a social log-in provider with the User's consent, and when it is generated automatically during use of the Service.
  4. 회사는 사상·신념, 정치적 견해, 건강, 성생활 등 민감정보를 수집하지 않습니다.The Company does not collect sensitive information such as ideology, beliefs, political opinions, health, or sex life.

제3조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)Article 3 (Purposes of Processing)

회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적으로만 이용하며, 목적이 변경되는 경우 사전에 동의를 받습니다.The Company uses the personal information it collects only for the following purposes, and will obtain prior consent if those purposes change:

  • 익명 계정 식별자: 이용자의 구별, 게임 데이터의 저장 및 기기 간 연동Anonymous account identifier: distinguishing Users, and storing and carrying Game Data across devices.
  • 소셜 계정 정보 및 표시 이름: 이용자 식별, 순위·기록의 표시, 기기 변경 시 게임 데이터의 연동Social account information and display name: identifying Users, displaying rankings and records, and carrying Game Data across devices.
  • 문의 정보: 문의 응대 및 처리 결과 회신Inquiry information: responding to inquiries and replying with the outcome.
  • 기기·접속 정보: 서비스 제공 및 유지, 오류 진단 및 개선, 부정 이용 방지Device and access information: providing and maintaining the Service, diagnosing and fixing errors, and preventing abuse.
  • 게임 데이터: 게임 진행 저장 및 동기화, 순위·기록 제공Game Data: saving and synchronizing progress, and providing rankings and records.
  • 광고 식별자(광고를 게재하는 경우에 한함): 맞춤형 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 광고 사기 방지Advertising identifiers (only where advertisements are displayed): serving personalized advertising, measuring ad performance, and preventing ad fraud.

제4조 (개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간)Article 4 (Retention and Use Period)

  1. 회사는 개인정보의 처리 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 해당 정보를 파기합니다.The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved.
  2. 항목별 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.Retention periods by item are as follows:
    • 익명 계정 식별자: 연결된 게임 데이터와 함께 보관되며, 서비스 종료 후 합리적인 기간이 경과할 때까지Anonymous account identifier: retained together with the associated Game Data, until a reasonable period has elapsed after the Service is discontinued.
    • 소셜 계정 정보 및 표시 이름: 이용자가 소셜 로그인 연동을 해제하거나 서비스가 종료될 때까지Social account information and display name: until the User unlinks social log-in or the Service is discontinued.
    • 문의 정보: 문의 처리가 완료된 후 지체 없이 파기 (다만 제3항의 법정 보존 기간이 적용되는 경우 그 기간)Inquiry information: destroyed without delay once the inquiry has been resolved (except where a statutory retention period under paragraph 3 applies).
    • 게임 데이터: 서비스 종료 후 합리적인 기간이 경과할 때까지Game Data: until a reasonable period has elapsed after the Service is discontinued.
    • 기기·접속 정보(접속 로그): 수집일로부터 3개월Device and access information (access logs): three months from the date of collection.
    • 광고 식별자: 광고 SDK 제공자의 정책에 따름Advertising identifiers: in accordance with the policy of the advertising SDK provider.
  3. 다음 각 호의 정보는 관련 법령에 따라 명시된 기간 동안 보관합니다.The following records are retained for the periods prescribed by applicable law:
    • 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)Records of contracts and withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
    • 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (동법)Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (same Act).
    • 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (동법)Records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act).
    • 통신사실확인자료(접속 로그): 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)Communication confirmation data (access logs): 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act).

제5조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

  1. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.The Company does not provide Users' personal information to third parties.
  2. 다만 이용자가 사전에 동의한 경우, 또는 법령에 근거하여 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.Exceptions apply where the User has given prior consent, or where an investigative agency requests the information through lawful procedures under applicable law.

제6조 (개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전)Article 6 (Delegation of Processing and Overseas Transfer)

  1. 회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.The Company delegates the processing of personal information as follows in order to provide the Service:
    • Google LLC (Firebase Authentication) — 위탁 업무: 익명 인증 및 계정 식별자 발급, 소셜 로그인 연동 처리 / 이전 항목: 익명 계정 식별자, 소셜 계정 정보, 기기·접속 정보 / 이전 국가: 미국 등 Google이 서버를 운영하는 국가 / 보유 기간: 위탁 계약 종료 시 또는 처리 목적 달성 시까지Google LLC (Firebase Authentication) — Scope: anonymous authentication, issuance of account identifiers, and handling of social log-in / Items: anonymous account identifier, social account information, device and access information / Country: the United States and other countries where Google operates servers / Retention: until the delegation agreement ends or the purpose is achieved.
    • Google LLC (Google AdMob) — 위탁 업무: 광고 게재 및 성과 측정 / 이전 항목: 광고 식별자, 기기·접속 정보 / 이전 국가: 미국 등 Google이 서버를 운영하는 국가 / 보유 기간: 위탁 계약 종료 시 또는 처리 목적 달성 시까지 (※ 서비스 내에 광고를 게재하는 경우에 한하며, 현재는 위탁하고 있지 않습니다.)Google LLC (Google AdMob) — Scope: serving advertisements and measuring performance / Items: advertising identifiers, device and access information / Country: the United States and other countries where Google operates servers / Retention: until the delegation agreement ends or the purpose is achieved. (Applies only where advertisements are displayed within the Service; no such delegation is currently in place.)
    • Google LLC, Apple Inc. (오픈마켓) — 위탁 업무: 애플리케이션 배포 및 결제 처리 / 이전 항목: 결제 관련 정보 / 이전 국가: 미국 등 / 보유 기간: 관련 법령이 정한 기간Google LLC and Apple Inc. (app stores) — Scope: application distribution and payment processing / Items: payment-related information / Country: the United States and others / Retention: the period prescribed by applicable law.
    • Amazon Web Services, Inc. — 위탁 업무: 서비스 인프라 운영 및 데이터 보관 / 이전 항목: 위 제2조의 수집 항목 / 보관 위치: 대한민국(서울 리전) / 보유 기간: 위탁 계약 종료 시까지Amazon Web Services, Inc. — Scope: operating service infrastructure and storing data / Items: the items listed in Article 2 / Location: Republic of Korea (Seoul region) / Retention: until the delegation agreement ends.
  2. 이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 이 경우 광고가 포함된 무료 서비스 등 일부 또는 전부를 이용할 수 없습니다.A User may refuse the overseas transfer of personal information. In that case, however, the User may be unable to use some or all of the Service, including ad-supported free services.
  3. 위탁 내용이나 수탁자가 변경되는 경우 이 방침을 통해 공개합니다.If the scope of delegation or the delegate changes, the Company will disclose the change through this Privacy Policy.

제7조 (광고 식별자 및 맞춤형 광고)Article 7 (Advertising Identifiers and Personalized Advertising)

  1. 회사는 현재 서비스 내에 광고를 게재하고 있지 않으며, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 이 조항은 향후 광고를 도입하는 경우에 적용됩니다.The Company does not currently display advertisements within the Service and does not collect advertising identifiers. This Article applies if advertising is introduced in the future.
  2. 향후 서비스 내 광고를 게재하는 경우 회사는 Google AdMob을 이용할 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자가 수집될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 회사는 사전에 이 방침을 개정하여 공지합니다.If advertisements are displayed within the Service in the future, the Company may use Google AdMob, and advertising identifiers may be collected in the process. In that case, the Company will amend this Privacy Policy and give notice in advance.
  3. 이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 초기화하거나 맞춤형 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.Users may reset their advertising identifier or limit personalized advertising in their device settings:
    • Android: 설정 > Google > 광고 > 광고 ID 삭제Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID.
    • iOS: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적 > 앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Allow Apps to Request to Track.
  4. 맞춤형 광고를 제한하더라도 광고는 계속 표시되며, 이용자와의 관련성이 낮아질 수 있습니다.Even if personalized advertising is limited, advertisements will continue to be displayed, though they may be less relevant.

제8조 (만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보)Article 8 (Personal Information of Children Under 14)

  1. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하는 경우 법정대리인의 동의를 받습니다.Where the Company collects the personal information of a child under the age of 14, it obtains the consent of the child's legal representative.
  2. 회사는 법정대리인의 동의 없이 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 확인한 경우 지체 없이 해당 정보를 파기합니다.If the Company confirms that a child's personal information has been collected without such consent, it destroys the information without delay.
  3. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동으로 확인된 이용자에게 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않으며, 광고 식별자를 이용한 행태정보를 수집하지 않습니다.The Company does not serve personalized advertising to Users identified as children under 14, and does not collect behavioral information using advertising identifiers from them.
  4. 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제 및 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.A legal representative may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of a child's personal information.

제9조 (정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법)Article 9 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)

  1. 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.A User may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information.
  2. 권리 행사는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자의 연락처로 전자우편 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.Such requests may be made by email to the privacy officer listed below, and the Company will act on them without delay.
  3. 이용자는 소셜 로그인 연동을 해제하거나, 애플리케이션을 삭제하거나, 기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 초기화함으로써 일부 정보의 수집을 중단시킬 수 있습니다.A User may stop the collection of certain information by unlinking social log-in, deleting the application, or resetting the advertising identifier in device settings.
  4. 만 14세 미만 아동의 경우 법정대리인이 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.For children under the age of 14, these rights may be exercised by a legal representative.

제10조 (개인정보의 파기)Article 10 (Destruction of Personal Information)

  1. 회사는 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.The Company destroys personal information without delay once the retention period has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
  2. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제하고, 출력물은 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.Information in electronic file form is deleted by technical means that make it unrecoverable; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

제11조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보조치)Article 11 (Security Measures)

회사는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위하여 다음의 조치를 취하고 있습니다.The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

  • 개인정보 취급자의 최소화 및 접근 권한 관리minimizing the number of personnel who handle personal information, and managing access privileges;
  • 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS) 적용applying encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
  • 접속 기록의 보관 및 위·변조 방지retaining access logs and preventing their forgery or alteration;
  • 개인정보 처리 시스템에 대한 접근 통제controlling access to systems that process personal information.

제12조 (개인정보처리방침의 변경)Article 12 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

  1. 이 방침은 시행일로부터 적용됩니다.This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date.
  2. 방침의 내용이 변경되는 경우 변경 사항과 시행일을 최소 7일 전부터 서비스 내 또는 회사 웹사이트에 공지합니다. 다만 이용자 권리에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우에는 30일 전부터 공지합니다.If this Privacy Policy changes, the Company will announce the changes and their effective date within the Service or on its website at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance where the change materially affects Users' rights.

제13조 (개인정보 보호책임자)Article 13 (Privacy Officer)

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하여 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 이용자의 문의·불만·피해구제를 처리하기 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.The Company has designated the following privacy officer to take overall responsibility for the processing of personal information and to handle Users' inquiries, complaints, and remedies relating to such processing.

제14조 (권익침해 구제 방법)Article 14 (Remedies for Infringement of Rights)

이용자는 개인정보 침해로 인한 구제를 받기 위하여 아래 기관에 분쟁 해결이나 상담을 신청할 수 있습니다.Users may apply to the following organizations for dispute resolution or consultation in order to obtain relief from infringement of their personal information.
